About Nimotron

Nimotron is a set of free word tools for Scrabble, Wordle, anagram and crossword-style puzzles. Type your letters, set a few options and see every word you can make, each with its Scrabble score.

What you can do here

The Word Unscrambler and Anagram Solver find words from a rack of letters, including blank tiles. The Wordle Solver narrows down the answer from the guesses you have already played. The Word Finder searches by starting letters, ending letters, length or pattern. The word lists show the words of a given length, first letter or last letter, with scores. A small number of offensive words are left out of the lists; the tools still accept every valid word.

Where the words come from

The words come from the ENABLE word list (Enhanced North American Benchmark Lexicon), a public-domain list of about 172,000 English words. Scores use the standard English Scrabble letter values. ENABLE is an older list, so it lacks some recent words and it differs from the dictionaries used in official Scrabble play and by Wordle itself. Treat the results as a strong guide, not as a ruling in a tournament dispute.
